CORE FEATURES OF 215KWH SMALL BESS
The 215KWh small energy storage system is efficient, flexible and intelligent, suitable for home,
industrial and commercial and microgrid scenarios.
The system pre-integrates the core components of energy storage (batteries, BMS, PCS, EMS, etc.) in the container, completes the commissioning before leaving the factory, and only needs to connect water, electricity, network and grid-connected/off-grid interfaces on site to be put into operation, which greatly shortens the construction period (usually shortened by more than 50%), especially suitable for scenarios that require rapid deployment (such as industrial and
commercial parks, temporary power projects).
Integrated design reduces the cost of labor, debugging and supporting equipment (such as distribution cabinets and cables) for on-site installation; standardized production reduces the purchase cost of single equipment (scale effect), and the overall investment is 10%-20% lower than that of distributed energy storage systems.
Lithium iron phosphate battery (LFP) is used, which has high thermal
stability, will not catch fire or explode when punctured, and the single cell is equipped with explosion-proof valves, fuses and other protection measures;
Integrated fire protection system (such as aerosol/perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing device), temperature control system (air conditioning/liquid cooling), smoke/gas monitoring sensors, which can quickly respond to abnormalities (such as overtemperature, overvoltage, leakage);
The built-in EMS (energy management system) can monitor the battery status (SOC/SOH), charging and discharging power, and grid/load demand in real time, and realize functions such as "peak-valley arbitrage", "demand management", and "emergency backup power" through intelligent algorithms to improve energy utilization efficiency (comprehensive efficiency can reach 85%-90%).
The energy storage system itself does not produce pollution. When used with renewable energy (such as photovoltaic and wind power), it can solve the problem of "abandoning light and wind", increase the proportion of clean energy consumption, and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
The capacity of a single system is 215kWh, and the capacity can be superimposed by connecting multiple containers in parallel (such as multiple 215kWh systems are combined into an MWh-level energy storage station) to meet the needs of projects of different sizes.
