1,Grade A Cylindrical LiFePO4 Cell: Each individual cell in the battery pack is of Grade A quality. These cells are equipped with a built-in safety valve that automatically opens when internal pressure reaches a high level. This feature ensures the protection of the battery during operation.
2,PCB Structure: Each cell in the battery pack has a separate circuit, and there is a fuse included for protection. In the event that one cell becomes damaged, the fuse will automatically cut off the circuit, but the remaining cells in the battery pack will continue to operate smoothly.
3,Epoxy Board Above BMS: The Battery Management System (BMS) is securely fixed on an epoxy board, which is then attached to the PCB. This robust structure provides stability and durability for the BMS, ensuring reliable performance.
4,BMS Protection: The BMS offers comprehensive protection against various potential issues. It includes safeguards against over-charging, over-discharging, over-current, and short circuits. Additionally, the BMS incorporates a balancing function to maintain the optimal performance and longevity of the battery pack. It is capable of handling high currents and features intelligent control for efficient and safe operation.
