This involves soldering the busbar to the front (negative) busbar of the cell. The busbar is a tinned copper strip. The soldering machine we use can spot solder the strip to the busbar at multiple points. The heat source for soldering is an infrared lamp (using the thermal effect of infrared rays). The length of the soldering strip is approximately twice the length of the cell side. The excess soldering strip is then connected to the back electrode of the cell when soldering on the back side.

1. Battery module: 5KWh capacity for each module for the stacked all-in-one machine. Lithoium-ion battery modules usually have high energy density and long life to provide reliable energy storage.

2. Inverter: The inverter is a key part that converts DC power into AC power, and AC power into DC power. Storing power from PV or grid, and converting the DC power stored in the battery into the AC power required by household appliances to supply household electricity.

3. Controller: The controller of the stacked all-in-one machine is responsible for monitoring and managing the charging and discharging process of the battery. It ensures the safe operation of the battery and controls the flow and distribution of energy as required.

4. Cooling system: Since the battery generates heat during charging and discharging, the battery is usually equipped with a cooling system to keep the temperature within a suitable range, which improves the battery's efficiency and lifespan.
