This deep cycle backup battery is made from Grade A 300Ah lithium iron phosphate battery cell. Its high-density energy can provide more energy than the same size of lead-acid battery. Each 12V 300Ah deep cycle backup battery can run in a wide range of temperature environments (from -20°C to 60°C), so it can be used in various electronic equipment, no matter indoors or outdoors.
Our drop-in replacement of lead-acid battery series is expandable, they can be connected up to 8 units in parallel or series. A flexible power backup to satisfy different needs.

Front-side soldering of solar cells
This involves soldering the busbar to the front (negative) busbar of the cell. The busbar is a tinned copper strip. The soldering machine we use can spot solder the strip to the busbar at multiple points. The heat source for soldering is an infrared lamp (using the thermal effect of infrared rays). The length of the soldering strip is approximately twice the length of the cell side. The excess soldering strip is then connected to the back electrode of the cell when soldering on the back side.
