Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Structural Design

 

1. Principle: A sturdy metal casing can withstand significant external impact and prevent damage to the battery. A well-designed waterproof design prevents moisture from entering the battery and causing short circuits. A well-designed internal layout allows for air circulation and heat removal.

 

2. Specific Operation: The casing is constructed from metal materials such as steel or aluminum alloy and assembled by welding or screws. An insulating layer is installed between the casing and the battery module to prevent leakage. Ventilation holes are provided in the casing, and a protective net is installed to prevent foreign objects from entering.

 

3. Advantages: The metal casing offers strong protection and is suitable for outdoor environments. The internal space is designed to facilitate maintenance personnel's access. For example, when replacing a battery module, there is ample space to operate without affecting other modules. The vents effectively dissipate heat, ensuring the battery operates at a suitable temperature and extending its life.
