▶ Series-Parallel Composition: A battery module is constructed by connecting single cells in parallel and in series. Parallel connection increases capacity while maintaining voltage, while series connection doubles voltage while maintaining capacity. For example, 15 3.2V cells connected in series produce 48V, which is called series voltage boosting. For example, two 50Ah cells connected in parallel produce 100Ah, which is called parallel capacity expansion.

▶ Cell Requirements: Select cells based on your design requirements. Batteries in parallel and series must be of the same type and model, with no more than 2% difference in capacity, internal resistance, and voltage. Whether using soft-pack batteries or cylindrical batteries, multiple strings are required.

▶ Packing Process: Battery packing is achieved using two methods: laser welding, ultrasonic welding, or pulse welding. These are commonly used welding methods, offering improved reliability but also making replacement difficult.
