We produce 100 kWh, 200 kWh, 300 kWh, 500 kWh, 1MWh, and 2MWh in different capacities. Each BESS is packed with a high-voltage controller to monitor and manage the whole battery pack. Connecting with the hybrid inverter, the battery information can be checked from the remote control program.

Internal composition and structure of lithium-ion batteries

 

1. Positive Electrode Construction:
LiCoO2 (lithium cobalt oxide) + conductive agent + binder (PVDF) + current collector (aluminum foil)


2. Negative Electrode Construction:
Graphite + conductive agent + thickener (CMC) + binder (SBR) + current collector (copper foil)

 

3. Separator:

A specially formed polymer film with a microporous structure that completely separates the positive and negative electrodes, preventing direct short circuits. The separator also serves as a channel for rapid ion exchange, forming a circulation loop within the battery.

 

4. Electrolyte (LiPF6 + DMC/EC/EMC):

The "blood" of a lithium-ion battery, conducting electrons between the positive and negative electrodes, is the key to its high voltage and high specific energy.

 

5. Others (aluminum-plastic film, tabs, insulating sheet, etc.)

During use, if there has any technical questions, our technical team will give you the solutions soon. if need to replace any accessories and it is not caused by human factors, we will arrange to send the accessories as soon as possible within the warranty period. As for distributors or large-scale projects, if the problem cannot be solved online, our professional technicians will solve it on-site.
