Introducing the commercial and industrial solar energy system BMS LiFePo4 technology for long-lasting lifespan and excellent performance. The 500KWh LiFePO4 battery for energy storage system is powered by EVE 3.2V 280Ah prismatic cells with high-density energy. Each rack-mounted battery can be designed to 3U or 2U height, for limited space. A high voltage controller monitors and manages all these batteries, keeping them in a good working condition.
We can meet various small businesses with different capacities from 50KWh to 500KWh, all those passed CE, FCC, UN38.3, and MSDS certificates

A complete 500KWh Commercial And Industrial Solar Energy System BMS LiFePo4 Technology integrates prismatic or cylindrical LiFePO4 cells into modules and clusters, a multi-layer BMS, power conversion system (PCS), energy management system (EMS), thermal management, and fire-suppression provisions. Typical configurations deliver 500 kW AC power with 500–1,075 kWh of usable energy, often housed in outdoor-rated cabinets or 20-foot containers rated IP54–IP65. The BMS continuously monitors cell voltage, current, temperature, state of charge (SOC), and state of health (SOH), performing active or passive balancing while enforcing protective limits. Liquid or intelligent air cooling maintains cell temperature differentials typically below 5–6 °C, supporting high round-trip efficiency and extended service life. Real-world systems achieve DC round-trip efficiencies of 96–98% and AC system efficiencies of 88–92% under rated conditions.
