Portable power station, also known as battery-powered inverter generator or airless generator, is a rechargeable battery-driven power supply that is sufficient to power your house or RV during camping trip. They combine a home AC power socket and a USB socket to connect other devices to be powered. One of the main advantages of these power supplies is that they provide high power and portability. They usually provide energy up to about 1000 W. However, some variants can provide higher power, but their portability is much lower, making them not xo.
The best portable power stations are very convenient to use in remote areas or campsites during power failure, because they are portable and easy to move. However, the disadvantage is that their maximum battery capacity is proportional to their watt-hour power. That is to say, a 1000 W battery power station will store 1000 watt hours and provide its maximum battery power for one hour. Therefore, they cannot be proved to be effective tools for standby power supply during long power failure.
