This Car Start-up Lead-acid Lead Acid Battery Charger 12 Volts 50Ah. The lead-acid battery is designed to withstand extreme temperature environments. Matching the car start-stop function. We take a new technology that makes the device charge 1.5 times faster than other battery. Each 12V 50Ah battery pack consists of a negative/positive grid, negative/positive plate, lead terminal, cell welding connector and micro molecule air flitter. Lead-acid Battery Plate Design
The plate primarily consists of two parts: the lead paste and the grid. The plate is the most critical component of the entire lead-acid battery and plays a decisive role in its performance.
Since the primary performance of automotive lead-acid batteries is high current discharge capability, thin plates are required. The thickness of the positive plate is 1.5-2.0 mm, and the thickness of the negative plate is 1.0-1.6 mm.
Lead paste is the precursor of the plate's active material. It is a plastic paste formed by mechanically mixing lead powder of a certain oxidation degree and apparent density with water and sulfuric acid solution. The primary function of lead paste in lead-acid batteries is to provide and store the materials necessary for electrochemical reactions.
Lead paste is composed of lead oxide, lead sulfate, monobasic lead sulfate, tribasic lead sulfate, tetrabasic lead sulfate, metallic lead, lead hydroxide, water, and various additives.
To meet the high initial capacity requirements of automotive lead-acid batteries, the lead paste should contain a high content of tribasic lead sulfate.
