Another strategy to overcome the temperature challenge is to adopt battery cooling or heating systems. These systems regulate the temperature of the battery, keeping it within the desired temperature range. Battery cooling systems, such as active liquid cooling or air cooling, can manage the heat generated by the battery during operation, reducing the risk of overheating. In contrast, heating systems such as thermal blankets can be used to prevent damage to the battery in cold environments.
